With over 10 years of experience in the Construction Management industry, Sebastian has extensive knowledge and expertise in various aspects of the field.  Sebastian is our on-site project manager and he excels at organization and scheduling. He also understands the importance of relationships and prioritizes timely and professional communication throughout the project. 

Co-Owner of BehmerHaus, Liz wears many hats, often working behind the scenes. When she isn't working on applying for permits or scheduling inspections, she enjoys providing feedback on design ideas. Liz is also a licensed NC Realtor, so she is able to help clients with real estate questions and transactions.
